How Unlimited Generations Work
Unlimited gives you the freedom to create with selected models without worrying about credits. It’s designed to help you stay in your creative flow and iterate freely subject to reasonable use, daily usage thresholds per account, and the restrictions described below.
- No credit deductions: Generate on supported models without deducting from your credit balance.
- Continuous access: Keep creating on supported models even after your credits run out, unless reasonable use limits, daily usage thresholds, which may vary by selected AI model, service-performance protections, or misuse restrictions apply.
How Fast Generations Work
Every month, you get a fixed number of top-priority fast generations, depending on your plan. Once your fast generations run out, you still have unlimited access, generations simply process at standard speed.
How Parallel Generations Work
Parallel generations determine how many image and video assets a single user can create at the same time in Unlimited mode. Your plan includes a set limit (e.g., 8, 10, or 12) on how many assets you can generate at once. Once you reach the maximum number of parallel generations, you will be unable to generate until another asset finishes loading.
How many AI credits are included for voiceover, image, video, music generation, and Artlist Studio?
All plans are available yearly and come with credits that allow you to access Artlist Studio and create voiceovers, images, videos, and music on Artlist’s Toolkit.
Each subscription plan includes a fixed number of credits, and fast and parallel generations per month, which reset each month on the date of credit renewal. Unused credits and fast generations do not carry over into the next month's renewal. Whenever you generate AI content - whether it’s voiceover, image, video, or music, credits are deducted based on the specific tool and settings used.

What upgrade options are available?
When upgrading you have access to the next 3 tiers above the subscription that you currently have. You can upgrade as many times as you like until you reach the highest tier, or contact us for help. If you require more than the highest tier of credits, an Enterprise plan may better fit your needs. For more information about a customized solution, contact our Enterprise team.
The number of credits in the package are the total that you will receive per month. For example, if you upgrade from the 40,000 credit package to 120,000 credit package you will receive an additional 80,000 credits for AI generation minus the credits already used. Upon renewal on your next credit cycle you will receive the full 120,000 credits.

Artlist Max RAW/LOG - adds RAW/LOG footage in addition to HD, 4K–8K and ProRes/DNxHR formats. Ideal for color grading and high-end video workflows.
💡 Pro Tip: With standard Max, a prompt will appear to upgrade to Max RAW/LOG when attempting to download a RAW/LOG asset.
Artlist Max Team - converts an individual license into a multi‑seat team account (2–7 users). Ideal for creative teams needing shared access to music, SFX, AI tools, and more with a multi-seat license.
Note: For all upgrades, pricing is prorated, so the upgrade cost is calculated according to the remainder of the subscription. On your next renewal you’ll be charged the standard rate for the plan you upgraded too. Subscription renewal dates will remain the same as your original purchase date, not the upgrade date.

Commonly asked questions
Does a Artlist Max plan offer RAW/LOG footage?
A standard Max subscription includes footage with resolutions up to 8K and the professional formats of ProRes and DNxHR. At checkout you are able to upgrade your plan to include RAW/LOG footage.
I purchased a different plan. Can I upgrade to Max?
At any point in your subscription period you can always upgrade to Max.
- On the homepage, click Stock Catalog.
- Click the Upgrade to Max on the upper-right side.
- Complete the Checkout page.
I ran out of AI credits, can I purchase more?
We offer multiple upgrade options depending on the tier you are currently on:

To upgrade your credits:
- Log in to your Artlist account.
- Navigate to your Subscription under your Profile settings.
- Click Upgrade to get more AI credits
- Select the add‑on package you want
- Purchase and the credits will be upgraded immediately.
I am on the 7,500 credit plan and want to upgrade to 500,000 credits, but I am not seeing the 500,000 credit option in the upgrade. Why not?
When upgrading, you can only see and select from the next 3 tiers above your current plan.
Since you’re on the 7,500-credit plan, the available upgrade options are the 16,500, 40,000, and 120,000 credit plans.
To reach the 500,000 credit plan, you’ll first need to upgrade to the 120,000 credit plan. Once that upgrade is complete, the 500,000 credit option will become available. If you are unable to complete an upgrade, please contact us.
Do unused credits and fast generations roll over to the next month?
AI credits and fast generations do not roll over from month to month. Monthly credits reset at the beginning of each monthly credit cycle.
I need more than 10 million AI credits a month. What are my options?
If you need a custom agreement with a specific amount of AI credits, a custom Enterprise plan may be right for you. An Enterprise plan includes all the features of a standard plan, plus additional coverage, early access to new releases, special asset collections, and a custom license to cover you and your clients.
