Artlist Teams are built for creative teams, production companies, and businesses with fewer than 50 employees, making it easy to collaborate and license assets under one streamlined plan and license. In this article, you’ll learn how Artlist Teams work, who they’re for, what’s included, and how to manage a team efficiently.
What is an Artlist team?
Artlist Team is a flexible subscription plan that allows multiple users to access Artlist’s content under one shared license. This makes it easy for organizations to collaborate efficiently, without worrying about individual licensing or usage conflicts.
Artlist's Music & SFX Team and Max Team plans offer a multi-seat account so you can have 1 license for your entire team. Every user on a Team is covered by the same license to use assets in projects created for the team. Get up to 7 seats and 15% off each user.
With a Team plan, the Pro license covers the whole team to create and share projects on any platform worldwide, including projects created for clients, TV, streaming, films, and more.
If you or your team are producing content as a broadcaster, for a business with over 50 employees, or are part of an agency of any size, reach out to our Business Team for a tailored solution.
Note: Team plans don't cover team members' personal projects.

How the Team clearlist works
To protect your content from claims, it's important to add the social media channels where you'll be posting to your Clearlist. The Teams Pro license covers up to 5 channels for each social media platform.
This means:
5 YouTube
5 Facebook
5 Instagram
5 TikTok
5 Twitch
5 Podcasts
In addition to channels, you can also add individual videos. To protect your clients' videos, you can either add their videos to your Clearlist, or create a special link for them to add their videos to your Clearlist themselves.
Only the team admin can add channels to the Clearlist, while any member can add individual video URLs.
