What upgrade options are available?
When upgrading you have access to the next 4 tiers above the subscription that you currently have. You can upgrade as many times as you like until you reach the highest tier, or contact us for help. If you require more than the highest tier, a Business plan may better fit your needs. For more information about a customized solution, contact our Enterprise team.
When you upgrade, the number of credits in the package are the total that you will receive per month. For example, if you upgrade from the 40,000 credit package to 120,000 credit package you will receive an additional 80,000 credits for AI generation. Your total credit amount per month will be 120,000.

💡 Pro Tip: With standard Max, a prompt will appear to upgrade to Max RAW/LOG when attempting to download a RAW/LOG asset.
Max Pro Team - converts an individual license into a multi‑seat team account (2–7 users). Ideal for creative teams needing shared access to music, SFX, AI tools, and more with a multi-seat license.
Note: For all upgrades, pricing is prorated, so the upgrade cost is calculated according to the remainder of the subscription. On your next renewal you’ll be charged the standard rate for the plan you upgraded too. Subscription renewal dates will remain the same as your original purchase date, not the upgrade date.

Does a Artlist Max plan offer RAW/LOG footage?
A standard Max subscription includes footage with resolutions up to 8K and the professional formats of ProRes and DNxHR. At checkout you are able to upgrade your plan to include RAW/LOG footage.
I purchased a different plan. Can I upgrade to Max?
At any point in your subscription period you can always upgrade to Max.
- On the homepage, click Stock Catalog.
- Click the Upgrade to Max on the upper-right side.
- Complete the Checkout page.
Pricing is prorated for an upgrade, so the upgrade cost is calculated according to the remainder of the subscription. On your next renewal you’ll be charged the standard rate for Max.

I ran out of AI credits, can I purchase more?

To upgrade your credits:
- Log in to your Artlist account.
- Navigate to your Subscription under your Profile settings.
- Click Upgrade to get more AI credits
- Select the add‑on package you want
- Purchase and the credits will be upgraded immediately.
I am on the 7,500 credit plan and want to upgrade to 500,000 credits, but I am not seeing the 500,000 credit option in the upgrade. Why not?
When upgrading, you can only see and select from the next four tiers above your current plan.
Since you’re on the 7,500-credit plan, the available upgrade options are the 16,500, 40,000,120,000, and 180,000 credit plans.
To reach the 500,000 credit plan, you’ll first need to upgrade to the 180,000 credit plan. Once that upgrade is complete, the 500,000 credit option will become available. If you are unable to complete an upgrade, please contact us.
I need more than 10 million AI credits a month. What are my options?
If you need a custom agreement with a specific amount of AI credits, a custom Business plan may be right for you. A Business plan includes all the features of a standard plan, plus additional coverage, early access to new releases, special asset collections, and a custom license to cover you and your clients.
