My company has over 50 employees, but only 1 person will be using Artlist music assets. Do we still need an Enterprise plan?
If you’re creating projects with Artlist assets (music, SFX, footage, and templates) on behalf of a company with more than 50 employees, an Enterprise plan or Max Business plan is required, regardless of the number of users. You can learn more about Max Business here.
I am an independent game developer. Do I need an Enterprise plan?
Yes. The use of Artlist stock assets in games requires an Enterprise plan.
Do I need an Enterprise plan for broadcast usage?
Both the Max Business and Enterprise plans include broadcast rights for TV, film, radio, and streaming/OOH platforms, so your projects are fully licensed wherever they air.You can learn more about our Max Business plan here.

Do Enterprise clients have the rights over the AI-generated content they create with the Artlist AI Toolkit?
Yes, the outputs you generate with the Artlist AI Toolkit are yours to use, adapt, and commercialize without restriction. This applies to what you upload, the output, or the generated content. While you hold rights to the content you generate, you do not acquire any rights to the AI models themselves. The rights to the AI models remain with Artlist. You must not violate our prohibited uses, including third-party rights such as trademarks, intellectual property, or personal likeness.
Are prompts and my data secure, or does Artlist use my prompts, inputs, or outputs to train AI models?
Your content and data are private and secure, and Artlist does not use your prompts, inputs, or outputs to train or fine-tune AI models. Your data remains private, is never reused, and always stays yours. Everything you create is yours, protected by strict security standards, including ISO 27001, and only accessible to you.
What compliance standards does Artlist follow?
