What license is included?

The AI Suite plans come with a Pro license. This allows you to use AI generated assets in your video projects on any platform worldwide including social media, TV, films, streaming, and broadcast, including ads, commercial and client work.

What do the AI Suite plans include?

• Accent: For English, select from American, Australian, British, or Indian accents
• Speed: Adjust the speech speed between 0.8x to 1.2x
• Stability: Control how expressive or stable the voice sounds. Lower stability makes the voice more expressive and less consistent across generations.
• Effects: Add effects such as ‘walkie-talkie’ to your voiceover
• Emotion: Add emotions such as ‘upset’ to your voiceover

Manage your voiceovers: Options to download, rename, delete, or favorite voiceovers are available.

What plans are available?

There are four AI Suite plans. The AI Starter plan, AI Creator Plan, AI Professional plan, and AI Pro Plus plan. All plans are available yearly or monthly and come with credits that allow you to access Artlist Studio and create voiceovers, images, videos, and music on Artlist’s Toolkit.

Each subscription plan includes a fixed number of credits, and fast and parallel generations per month(tier dependent), which reset each month on the date of credit renewal. Unused credits and fast generations do not carry over into the next month's renewal.  Whenever you generate AI content - whether it’s voiceover, image, video, or music, credits are deducted based on the specific tool and settings used. How Unlimited Generations Work

Unlimited gives you the freedom to create with selected models without worrying about credits. It’s designed to help you stay in your creative flow and iterate freely subject to reasonable use, daily usage thresholds per account, and the restrictions described below.

• No credit deductions: Generate on supported models without deducting from your credit balance.
• Continuous access: Keep creating on supported models even after your credits run out, unless reasonable use limits, daily usage thresholds, which may vary by selected AI model, service-performance protections, or misuse restrictions apply. 

How Fast Generations Work

Every month, you get a fixed number of top-priority fast generations, depending on your plan. Once your fast generations run out, you still have unlimited access, generations simply process at standard speed.

How Parallel Generations Work

Parallel generations determine how many image and video assets a single user can create at the same time in Unlimited mode. Your plan includes a set limit (e.g., 8, 10, or 12) on how many assets you can generate at once. Once you reach the maximum number of parallel generations, you will be unable to generate until another asset finishes loading.

When upgrading, you have access to the next 3 tiers above the subscription that you currently have.

You can upgrade as many times as you like until you reach the highest tier, or contact us for help. If you require more than the highest tier, an Enterprise plan may better fit your needs. For more information about a customized solution, contact our Enterprise team.

• The number of credits in the package are the total that you will receive per month.
• For example, if you upgrade from the 40,000 credit package to 240,000 credit package your total credit amount per month will be 240,000.
• Credits and fast generations don’t roll over. Used credits are deducted from the total amount.
• For example, if you used 1,000 credits before your upgrade to 240,000 monthly credits, you will receive 239,000 credits out of 240,000 credits.

Upgrading from monthly to annual billing cycle:

1. To upgrade your subscription from monthly to yearly:
2. Log in to your Artlist account.
3. Navigate to your Subscription under your Profile settings.
4. Click Upgrade to get more credits.
5. Select “Annual’. You will be shown how much the upgrade will cost

6. Purchase, and the billing cycle will be updated immediately.

All AI Suite Plans that want to add Stock can upgrade to:

Artlist Max - adds Music & SFX, Music stems, Footage - HD, 4K-8K, ProRes/DNxHR, Templates, Plugins and LUTs.

Artlist Max RAW/LOG - adds RAW or LOG footage in addition to HD, 4K–8K and ProRes/DNxHR formats

At any point in your subscription period you can always upgrade to Max.

1. On the homepage, click Stock Catalog.
2. Click the Upgrade to Max on the upper-right side.

3. Complete the Checkout page.

Commonly asked questions

How do I upgrade to get more credits?

To upgrade your credits:

1. Log in to your Artlist account.
2. Navigate to My Account under your Profile settings.
3. Under Overview, click Upgrade to get more credits.
4. Select the credit amount you want.
5. Purchase, and the credits will be upgraded immediately.

I am on the 500,000 credit plan and want to upgrade to 5 million credits, but I am not seeing the 5 million credit option in the upgrade. Why not?

When upgrading, you can only see and select from the next 3 tiers above your current plan.
Since you’re on the 500,000-credit plan, the available upgrade options are the 1 million, 1.5 million, and 2 million.

To reach the 5 million credit plan, you’ll first need to upgrade to the 2 million credit plan. Once that upgrade is complete, the 5 million credit option will become available.

Where can I see my renewal cost after an upgrade?

On your next renewal you’ll be charged the standard rate for the plan you upgraded too. When upgrading, you will see the renewal cost in the disclaimer on the checkout page.

I am interested in the AI Creator monthly plan. Will I have access to Unlimited?

No. To access unlimited you need to have an AI Creator yearly plan.

Do unused credits and fast generations roll over to the next month?

AI credits and fast generations do not roll over from month to month. Monthly credits reset at the beginning of each monthly credit cycle.

Is there a benefit to choosing the yearly plan over monthly?

The benefit of choosing a yearly plan over a monthly plan is overall cost. The yearly plan will be more cost efficient in the long run.
