Team Sharing lets you move ownership of an asset (character, location, or prop) to your team, so any member of your professional team can access, modify, and use it in their own generations — no more re-creating the same character for every teammate.
How to share an asset with your team
- Open the asset's menu on any Character, Location, or Prop you've created.
- Select Move to team.
- The asset's ownership changes so it becomes accessible to everyone on your team.
Identifying team assets
Once an asset has been moved to the team, it's labeled accordingly in the grid view, so anyone browsing the library can see it's a shared team asset.
Good to know
- Available for: Characters, Locations, and Props.
- Full access: Any team member can access, modify, and use a shared asset in their own generations.
- Uses your existing team setup: Team Sharing relies on your existing Artlist team management — no separate configuration needed.
