My Library is a dedicated space for you to view, manage, and interact with all the assets you have generated. All creations from all your folders appear organized chronologically in one unified place. Filters abilities will enable you to quickly locate what you need.
Accessing My Library
- In the side navigation, click Library.
Once accessed, your Library will look like this. It will be ordered chronologically.
Filtering Your Library
Your Library can be filtered according to media type. Multiple media types can be chosen at once.
The media types are:
- Images
- Video
- Voiceovers
- Music
For images and videos, you can further filter by Aspect Ratio to quickly find creations with a specific format.
When opening an item in your Library you can select “Use”, download or click the More icon, which will give you access to Move to folder, Add to Artboard, Hide asset, and Delete.
The Use button will provide you with several options such as edit and recreate. Learn more about the Use button here.
Searching Your Library
Use the search bar at the top of My Library to quickly find specific creations. Search matches against the prompt text used to generate each asset, making it easy to locate past work without scrolling through your full Library.
Hiding and restoring assets
Want to declutter My Library without deleting anything? Use Hide asset to remove an asset from view while keeping it safe and fully recoverable.
How to hide an asset
- Click the More (⋯) icon on any asset.
- Select Hide asset.
The asset disappears from My Library and from your AI folders.
Viewing and restoring hidden assets
Turn on the “Show Hidden Items” toggle (under Filters) to reveal any assets you've hidden.
Once a hidden asset is shown, click its Hide asset icon again to bring it back — this un-hides it and restores it to its normal, visible state everywhere.
Note: Hiding is not the same as deleting — a hidden asset is never lost and can always be brought back. If an asset is both a Favorite and hidden, it stays hidden until you unhide it.
Moving an asset to a different folder
You can move any asset from one folder to another using the More menu — handy when you've generated something in the wrong folder, or simply want to reorganise your workspace.
Note: "Move to folder" only appears when you have more than one folder. If you only have one folder, this option will not be visible in the menu.
How to move an asset
- Click the More (⋯) icon on any asset.
- Select Move to folder.
- Choose a destination folder from the picker. You can scroll or search if you have many folders.
The asset moves immediately and disappears from its current folder. A confirmation toast appears: "Moved to [Folder Name]" — click the folder name to jump straight to it.
Undoing a move
Changed your mind? Click Undo on the toast before it disappears to return the asset to its original folder.
