It’s a shame to see you go - here are all the details about Artlist’s refund policy. This article explains how to request a refund, and how to cancel an account.
What is Artlist's refund policy?
Refunds are entitled for payments made within the last 14 days, as long as no assets have been downloaded, generated, or used in a project. This applies to both new subscriptions and renewals.
Refunds are not entitled if assets have already been used, downloaded, generated, or published in a project, or if the payment was made more than 14 days ago. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Cancel your renewal at any time to avoid future charges.
Note: If you believe you're entitled to cancel your subscription and receive a refund under consumer protection laws, contact us.
Note: An active plan is required to publish any projects using Artlist assets. To remain covered, projects must be added to the clearlist while the plan is active.
How to cancel your paid plan
Canceling or deactivating a paid plan stops any future renewals while keeping access until the current subscription ends. Once canceled, the license will no longer cover use of downloaded or generated assets in new or published projects after the plan expires.

Commonly asked questions
My plan renewed more than 14 days ago and/or I’ve downloaded assets since my renewal. Can I still get a refund?
If your plan renewed more than 14 days ago or you've downloaded assets since the renewal, you aren’t eligible for a refund. Once assets are downloaded or used, the subscription is considered active and non-refundable.
What happens to my Artlist access if I delete my account?
Deleting an account permanently removes access to all features, saved projects, and preferences. Deletion is final and cannot be reversed.
Note: It’s not possible to delete an account with an active subscription. Once the subscription has expired, Contact Us to delete the account.
How do I cancel the next renewal in my account?
Canceling the next renewal will stop the subscription from renewing at the end of the current billing cycle. Access will continue until the subscription expires. Learn more here.
My account was recently renewed, but I don't want to continue right now. What can I do?
If the renewal was within 14 days and you haven’t used, downloaded or generated any assets, a refund may be available. For details, see Learn more here.
