I see an error message when I try to pay. What should I do?

If you're having trouble paying for the subscription, you might see a red message come up.

This can mean a few different things. It might be a timeout error, connection issue or something related to your bank or card processor. 

Please try the following to try and complete the payment: 

  1. Logout and refresh your browser window.
  2. Clear your cache, refresh the page and try again.
  3. Use a different credit card or sign up with your PayPal account
  4. Make sure that all the fields are complete & correct before hitting submit
  5. Call your bank or card processor for more information

If the options above don't work, please contact us right away for help completing your subscription.
