I got an error and I can't pay

If you see a red message appear when you try to pay, it may be a timeout error, a connection issue or something related to your bank or card processor. 

To complete the payment, follow these steps: 

  1. Logout and refresh your browser window.
  2. Clear your cache, refresh the page and try to pay again.
  3. Use a different credit card or pay using your PayPal account.
  4. Ensure everything is complete & correct before hitting submit.
  5. Call your bank or card processor for more information about the transaction.
