If you have an Artlist account or had one in the past, check your inbox for the email registered to the account. You'll receive an invoice there after purchase or renewal. Also check with your colleagues if you're part of a company to see if they signed up for Artlist.
If you didn't receive an invoice or you don't know the email on your account, Contact us with some of the following information so we can locate your account:
- PayPal or other payment email address
- Last 4 on the card
