We'd love for you to stay, but if you aren't going to be creating or publishing any time soon and need to cancel, our refund policy says if your new payment was made in the last 14 days and you didn't download any assets from the site, you qualify for a refund.
Before you go be sure to note that if you've downloaded, generated, or used assets since your payment was made then you aren't eligible for a refund. So, if you have projects you need to work on or publish, once you cancel the license you won't be covered to use any assets or publish your projects containing the assets. To Clearlist your projects, you must be subscribed to an active plan and register your channels and videos to the Clearlist.
You can cancel your next renewal anytime so if you want to keep your license to create and publish new projects, check out these new releases!
We also have many great resources like our Help Center, blog, and Artlist Academy that will help you take your creativity to the Max!
