I accidentally made a payment. What can I do?

If you have an account with Artlist then your subscription may have renewed. To view your account information, sign in and visit your Plan and Billings page.

We understand that accidents happen, so there’s no need to worry. Our Refund Policy ensures that you can qualify for a refund within 14 days of payment as long as you haven't downloaded any assets.
