The music is watermarked. What should I do?

If you’re signed in and can only download watermarked MP3s, this could be due to any of the following:

Is your account in Trial?

With a free Trial account, you can download watermarked preview tracks. Please note that preview tracks do not include our license for use. The option to download licensed versions of the music is only available with an active Social Creator or Creator Pro subscription. Check out our pricing to get your license today!

Are you signed into your active account?

Is it possible that you’re not signed in with your paid subscription? Please check your Account to see if this is the correct account.

Did your subscription payment fail to process?

Please visit Plan & Billings found in your Account page to check your account status. If your recent payment attempt failed to process, then your account will revert to Trial.

Did you already download the watermarked version?

When you download the full version of the song, please be sure to replace the old file. Alternatively, please try saving the full version of the song to a different folder.
