The music is watermarked. What should I do?

If you’re signed in and can only download watermarked MP3s, this could be due to any of the following:

Is your account a Trial account?

With a free Trial account, you can download watermarked preview tracks. Please note that preview tracks do not include our license for use. The option to download licensed versions of the music is only available with an active Social or Pro subscription. Check out our pricing to get your license today!

Are you signed into your active account?

Please visit your Account to make sure you are signed into your active account. 

Does your subscription include Music?

If you are signed up for one of our Footage plans, your subscription will include a Trial of the Music that doesn't include licensed downloads. Please check your Account page and contact us if you need further assistance to upgrade or change your plan.

Did you download the file previously?

     Please delete any existing versions from your device, then sign into your active account and re-download the track. You can also try saving the full version of the song to a different folder.

Did your subscription payment fail to process?

Please visit Plan & Billings found in your Account page to check your account status. If your recent payment attempt failed to process, then your account will revert to Trial.
