If I receive a claim, what should I do?

With your subscription, you have full rights to use the assets in your videos. We will resolve any issues that may come up as quickly as possible. 

Please contact us right away with the following details:

  • Screenshot of the claim
  • Link to your video 
  • Asset title (name of the song, clip, sfx, etc)
  • Artist name
  • Name of the claimant 

Once we receive all of the details, we will work with the copyright owner to have any claims resolved as soon as possible.
