Image Model (Vector)
Ideogram Vector 1.0 is Ideogram’s first vector model: it generates editable SVGs from a prompt, or converts an existing image into a vector.
It brings Ideogram’s correctly spelled, well-set text to vector output, so it is the pick for logos with wordmarks, badges and poster type. For vectors that must match an existing style, use Recraft V4 Styles Vector.

Limitations
- In Vectorize mode the prompt, quality and aspect ratio settings have no effect.
- SVG files can’t be used as inputs. Export a previous result to PNG first.
- Built for short text such as headlines and wordmarks, not dense body copy.
Prompting Tips
- Put the exact words in quotes: a round badge reading “COAST COFFEE”.
- Name the vector style: flat, two-color, outline icon or gradient illustration.
- For Vectorize, use a clean, high-contrast image on a plain background; Simple for logos, Default for illustrations.
