Image Model (Vector)
Recraft V4 Styles Vector generates editable SVGs in a style you define with 1 to 10 of your own reference images, with no training step.
It is the style-matched counterpart to Recraft 4.1 Vector: pick 4.1 Vector for Recraft’s own taste, Styles Vector when the output has to match an existing brand, icon set or illustration system.
Variants at a Glance
Type | Modalities | Max Res. | Talking Points | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Variant | ||||
| Styles Vector | Vector | Prompt + refs | 1K | Faster tier for icons and iterating on a style |
| Styles Pro | Vector | Prompt + refs | 2K | More detail from the references; final assets |
Key Features
Style from References
- Style References: 1 to 10 images set the palette, line weight and shapes the output follows.
- Style Match: Precise sticks closely to the references; Flexible keeps the general look.
Vector Output
- Editable SVG: Scalable vector files for Figma, Illustrator or code; reuse the same references to keep a set consistent.
Technical Capabilities
Details | |
|---|---|
| Inputs | Prompt plus 1 to 10 reference images (required); JPG, PNG or WEBP |
| Quality / Resolution | Standard (1K), Pro (2K) |
| Aspect Ratios | 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 3:4, 4:3 |
| Style Match | Precise (default), Flexible |
| Output | SVG, one per generation |
Limitations
- Reference images are required. For a vector from a prompt alone, use Recraft 4.1 Vector.
- Wide ratios run wider than labelled: a 16:9 request comes back on a 2:1 canvas.
- SVG files can’t be used as references. Export a previous result to PNG first.
Prompting Tips
- Use 3 to 5 references that clearly share one style; references that disagree weaken the match.
- Describe the subject, not the style: “a fox sitting on a stack of books”.
- Iterate on Styles Vector with Precise, then run the final prompt on Styles Pro.
