The Credit usage tab gives every paid user with AI credits a clear, personal view of exactly where their credits are going. This article explains how to check your balance, understand your spend, and review your generation history.
Accessing Credit usage
- On the top-right of the Toolkit, click the Avatar icon.
- Click on the Credit usage tab.
By default, the page shows your current billing cycle. Use the cycle selector at the top of the page to look back at a previous cycle.
Note: Studio credits are not yet included in this view — support for Studio generations is coming shortly.
Balance & cycle card
This card shows where you stand in the current billing cycle: your total credits, credits used, credits remaining, and your renewal date. Switching the cycle selector updates the whole page to that period.
Credit spend
The Credit spend card shows a visual breakdown of your own usage.
- Toggle between By asset type (voiceover, image, video, music) and By model to see your spend broken down differently.
- Segments and the legend are sorted from your highest to lowest spend.
- When viewing By model, your top models are shown individually; smaller-usage models are grouped into an "Other" segment. Hover over "Other" to see every model it includes, or click it to see the full breakdown.
- If you haven't generated anything yet this cycle, this card will show a placeholder until you start creating.
Job history
The Job history table logs every one of your credit events — going back up to 12 months.
- Columns: Completed at, Model, Action, Credits, Asset.
- Each event is tagged with an action type: Spent (credits deducted for a successful generation), Refunded (credits returned for a failed or cancelled job), or Granted (a top-up added to your account).
- Failed generations show as "Failed – not charged" instead of a credit amount — you're never charged for a job that didn't complete.
- The Asset column shows a thumbnail of what you generated, when available, so you can quickly trace a credit event back to its result.
- Use the search field to find a specific model or generation, and the page-size selector to show 10, 25, 50, or 100 rows at a time.
Commonly asked questions
Who can see the Credit usage tab?
Any paid user with an AI credits plan. If you're on a team, your admins and managers will additionally see a "Credit usage & limits" view that includes the whole team's usage.
Can I see my usage from previous months?
Yes. Use the cycle selector at the top of the page to switch to a previous billing cycle. Your job history goes back up to 12 months.
Why don't I see my Studio generations here?
Studio credit usage isn't included in this view yet. Support for Studio generations is coming shortly.
What does "Refunded" mean in my job history?
It means credits were returned to your balance because a generation failed or was cancelled after credits were initially deducted.
