Who is eligible?
This campaign is available to users on the following plans:
- AI Professional plans with 180K+ credits (monthly or annual)
- Max Pro with 180,000+ monthly credits (monthly or annual)
- Max Pro RAW/LOG plans with 180K+ credits (monthly or annual)
- Max Business plans
- Enterprise GenAI users
Who gets credits?
Existing eligible users
Users already on a qualifying plan will automatically receive 50,000 Studio credits or 100,000 Studio credits (plan dependent) when the campaign launches.
New purchasers
Users who purchase a qualifying plan during the campaign period will receive 50,000 Studio credits or 100,000 Studio credits (plan dependent) after successful payment.
Upgraders
Users who upgrade from a lower-tier plan (below 180,000 credits) to a qualifying plan during the campaign will receive 50,000 Studio credits or 100,000 Studio credits (plan dependent) after a successful upgrade.
Eligible upgrade paths include:
- AI Suite Starter
- Max Pro: 7.5K, 16.5K, 40K, or 120K → upgrading to 180K+
Enterprise GenAI users
Enterprise customers with GenAI access will receive 100,000 Studio credits.
Note: Credits are granted only once per user, regardless of how many qualifying actions are taken.
How long are my free Studio credits good for?
Your free Studio credits are good for 30 days from the date they were added. For example, if you upgrade to AI Professional with 180,000 credits on Apr 23, 2026, your free Studio credits will expire on 30 days after April 23, 2026.
Can I use my free Studio credits on Artlist’s Toolkit?
Your free Studio credits can only be used on Artlist’s Studio. They cannot be used in Toolkit.
How will I know how many free Studio credits I have left?
Your credit display will show how many free Studio credits you have left and when they will expire.
I received my free Studio credits on April 23, 2026, but my usual credit refresh is due on April 28, 2006. Will my free Studio credits carry over?
Yes. Your free Studio credits will only expire 30 days from when they were added to the account. In this case, Studio credits will expire 30 days after April 23, 2026.
What happens to my credits if I need to downgrade back to an ineligible plan?
When downloading to a plan with less than 180,000 monthly credits, free Studio credits will be revoked.
