- On the top-right of the Toolkit, click the Avatar icon.
- Click on the Credit Control tab.
Understanding the Dashboard
Inside the Credit Control tab, you can:
- View total team credit usage
- See how many credits each member has used

When to use credit limits?
Consider using credit limits when:
- You’re managing a shared team budget
- You want to prevent overuse by specific members
- You’re allocating credits per project or department
- You need tighter control during high-production periods
How to use team Credit Control Dashboard effectively
To get the most value out of the dashboard, it’s important to go beyond just viewing data:
Monitor Trends, Not Just Totals
Look at patterns over time; who is consistently using more credits and for what types of outputs. This helps identify:
- High-demand workflows
- Inefficiencies or repeated generation
- Opportunities to standardize processes
Align Usage with Roles
Different roles naturally consume credits differently:
- Designers → higher image/video usage
- Marketers → mixed usage
- Content creators → voiceover + images
Compare usage relative to role expectations, not just raw numbers.
Spot Bottlenecks Early
If a team member is running low on credits mid-cycle:
- They may be over-generating or experimenting excessively
Best practices for managing credits per team member
Set Clear Usage Guidelines
Define expectations such as:
- When to use high-cost outputs (e.g., video)
- When to iterate vs. finalize
- Acceptable experimentation limits
Encourage Efficient Prompting
Better prompts = fewer retries = lower credit usage
- Promote prompt templates or examples
- Share successful outputs across the team
- Adjust monthly based on actual usage patterns
Review Usage Regularly
- Weekly check-ins for active teams
- Monthly reviews for planning and optimization
Identify and Share Best Practices
Highlight team members who:
- Produce high-quality outputs with fewer credits
- Use tools efficiently
Encourage knowledge sharing to improve overall team performance.
Prevent Credit Waste
Watch for:
- Repeated similar generations
- Unused or abandoned outputs
- Overuse of expensive formats (like video)
