How to generate music

Turn ideas and references into polished, production-ready tracks, complete with cohesive structure, expressive instrumentation, rich textures, and studio-quality mixing and mastering for a truly immersive listening experience.

  1. From the top panel on the Homepage click AI Toolkit.

  2. Toggle to AI Music

  3. Add the prompt. 

💡Pro Tip: Use this Prompt template to write an effective prompt

  • Genre/style + mood + instruments + tempo/energy + structure + use case
  • Example prompt
    • Cinematic orchestral score with a hopeful, uplifting mood, featuring piano, warm strings, and subtle brass. Starts soft and intimate, gradually building into a powerful, emotional climax at ~90 BPM. Suitable for an inspiring documentary scene.

💡Pro Tip: Continue to click Auto-prompt or edit manually until you see your ideal prompt. Click the back button to revert to the previous prompt.

💡Pro Tip: You can write a genre on top of the genre you entered in the settings and it will take both into consideration.

  1. Add an image as reference, if desired.
  2. Select the model: Lyria 3 or Lyria 3 Pro
  3. Customize your setting options (model dependent):
    1. Duration - How long the track should be; 30 seconds or full length (3:00-4:00 minutes)
    2. Vocals - Select between With Vocals or Instrumental only
    3. Customer Lyrics - Include your own custom lyrics or select Auto-prompt and have editable lyrics added for you.
    4. Artlist Sound - A system of prompt enhancements that improves the quality and style of the model, taking it from stock to style.

  4. Click the Generate button. The number of credits required to generate the video will be shown when you hover over the button.

Once generated, the track will be accessible via the session in which it was created.
