Who needs an Artlist Max Business plan?
If you work for an agency or company (or any other legal entity) with over 50 employees you are required to have a Mac Business or Enterprise license to be fully covered. This also applies if your company is part of a group of companies that has more than 50 people. This requirement does not apply to subscriptions consisting of only AI services.

If you’re creating projects with Artlist stock assets (music, SFX, footage, and templates) on behalf of a company with more than 50 employees, a Max Business or Enterprise plan is required, regardless of the number of users. You can learn more about Enterprise here.
I am an independent game developer. Am I covered under the Business plan?

Yes. Out-of-home (OOH) advertising requires a Business or Enterprise plan.

How do I purchase a Business Plan?
- From the Pricing page, under Stock Catalog you will find Max Business.
- Select your monthly AI credit amount and click Get Started.
- Proceed to the checkout page.
- Insert your payment and billing information.
- Your final cost will be displayed on the right-side.
- Click Complete Purchase.
What payment methods are accepted when purchasing an Artlist Max Business plan?

Can I upgrade to get more credits?
Upgrades are available for:

How do I invite team members?
- On the homepage, click the profile icon.
- Select Teams from the menu.
- Click Invite Members.
- Insert team member email address.
- Click Add Another to add subsequent members.
- Click Invite Members.
If a member already has an active subscription, they cannot be added to a new team. Please contact us to get them set up as part of your team.
There are 2 status types for team members and managers.
- Active status: Indicates members who have joined the team and are able to use the site as a paid user.
- Invited status: Members who have been sent invitations but haven't yet joined.

Do Business clients have the rights over the AI-generated content they create with the Artlist AI Toolkit?
Yes, the outputs you generate with the Artlist AI Toolkit are yours to use, adapt, and commercialize without restriction. This applies to what you upload, the output, or the generated content. While you hold rights to the content you generate, you do not acquire any rights to the AI models themselves. The rights to the AI models remain with Artlist. You must not violate our terms of use, including the prohibited uses therein, including third-party rights such as trademarks, intellectual property, or personal likeness.
Are prompts and my data secure, or does Artlist use my prompts, inputs, or outputs to train AI models?
Your content and data are private and secure, and Artlist does not use your prompts, inputs, or outputs to train or fine-tune AI models. Your data remains private, is never reused, and always stays yours. Everything you create is yours, protected by strict security standards, including ISO 27001, and only accessible to you.
What compliance standards does Artlist follow?
Artlist is ISO 27001 certified and adheres to applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, which means your data is handled with the highest security and privacy standards. We also continuously monitor our systems and run regular security checks to keep your information safe.
