Yes, if you’re creating projects with Artlist assets (music, SFX, footage, and templates) on behalf of a company with more than 50 employees, a Business plan is required, regardless of the number of users.
I am an independent game developer. Do I need a Business plan?
Yes. The use of Artlist stock assets in games requires a Business plan.
Is broadcasting covered by a Business plan?
Broadcasting refers to the distribution of content over television or similar mass media platforms. The broadcasting of video projects is covered by our Pro and Business License. A broadcaster refers to the company or organization that engages in broadcasting. This includes TV networks, streaming services, or any business whose core activity involves broadcasting content to an audience. Broadcasters require a Business plan to ensure they are fully licensed.
I want to play my music video on an in-store digital billboard. Do I need a Business plan?
Yes. Out-of-home (OOH) advertising requires a Business plan.

Do Business clients have the rights over the AI-generated content they create with Artlist AI tools?
Yes, the outputs you generate with Artlist AI tools are yours to use, adapt, and commercialize without restriction. This applies to what you upload, the output, or the generated content. While you hold rights to the content you generate, you do not acquire any rights to the AI models themselves. The rights to the AI models remain with Artlist. You must not violate our prohibited uses, including third-party rights such as trademarks, intellectual property, or personal likeness.
Are prompts and my data secure, or does Artlist use my prompts, inputs, or outputs to train AI models?
Your content and data are private and secure, and Artlist does not use your prompts, inputs, or outputs to train or fine-tune AI models. Your data remains private, is never reused, and always stays yours. Everything you create is yours, protected by strict security standards, including ISO 27001, and only accessible to you.
