With an Artlist Business plan you can work seamlessly with your teammates using collaborative Artboards. Just add team members to your Artboard, and they'll be able to add assets and edit the Artboard, making it even easier to work together on your projects.
To get started, follow these simple steps:
1. Create an Artboard
Sign in and go to Artboards in the main navigation menu. Click the plus icon, then enter a description and click the button to Get AI Suggestions, or Create a blank Artboard.
2. Add Collaborators
- Click the button to Add Collaborators
- Enter each email address for teammates you want to collaborate with
3. Manage Permissions:
- After you add a collaborator, use the dropdown menu to adjust the permissions level. You can adjust the permissions for each collaborator.
4. Notify the collaborators
- The invited user will receive an email notification with access details.
Request Access:
- Team members can also request access to Artboards created within their team.
Adding comments to Artboards
We're excited to introduce a new feature that enhances collaboration on artboards—comments on Artboards! Now, users can add comments at both the asset level and the overall artboard level, making feedback more precise and effective.
To begin add a comment to an asset, simply click on the speech bubble icon, then choose ‘Add Comment’ as shown below:
From there, type your feedback and mention collaborators if needed. To add comments to the over-all Artboard, follow a similar process as shown below:
