Troubleshooting tips for the Artlist Library extension

Here are a few tips to help you use the Artlist library extension. If you get any of these error messages, follow the instructions below to troubleshoot.

Premiere Pro not installed

If you don't have Premiere Pro installed, you won't be able to use the Artlist Library. You can get the software from Adobe here.

Failed to write to file

If you see a 'failed to write to file' error when downloading, please check your download folder access. You can see which folder you are downloading to and change this by going to settings in the extension, then selecting change location.

Sign in to download

Not being signed in to the Artlist Hub will result in the following message when you try to download:

Click Sign in to go to the Hub and log in.

Other download errors

For other failing to download errors, they could be related to possible network problems. Please check your firewall or VPN, as the extension could be blocked from downloading.

Daily download limit

You will also get a warning when you are close to or have hit your daily download limit.

Cancelling or downgrading your plan

During your subscription, if you cancel or downgrade to plan that doesn't include the extension, you will see a message to upgrade your plan. Please follow the instructions provided to upgrade and resume access.
