I need help with my upgrade payment

If your plan is listed but you have trouble making a payment, here are a few steps to try:

  1. First, check that your pop-up settings allow pop ups from Artlist.
  2. Check and that you're using the most updated version of your browser.
  3. Make sure you are using your preferred payment method and that it is not expired.
  4. Refresh your browser and try to make the payment again.
