Creating Artboards

Artboards are a way to keep all the assets for your project in 1 place. With Artboards, collect assets from different catalogs and use the power of AI to generate tailor-made suggestions of assets for your projects.

 

How to create an Artboard

Browse the catalogs and create an Artboard

1. Browse the catalogs and find any asset you want, click the 3 dots, then Add to Artboard.

 

Create an Artboard from your account

  1. Click plus symbol next to Artboard in the left side menu.
  2. Describe your project or click Create a blank Artboard.
  3. Click Get suggestions.
  4. Browse the suggested assets and add the assets you like to your Artboard.

After you create an Artboard, you can add assets, edit, view, and share it. 

 

Sharing your Artboards

Once you’ve created your Artboard, you may want to share it with collaborators, clients, or anyone else. 

From the left side menu, open your Artboards.

Find the one you want to share and click the share symbol .

You can also open the Artboard, click the share symbol on the right, and choose to send by email, Facebook, social media, or copy the link.

 

 

Managing your Artboards

Sign in to your account to manage your Artboards. Click any Artboard to open it and view, add, or remove saved Artlist assets, delete an Artboard, edit the Artboard’s name, and add or edit a description and get new or updated AI suggested assets.

Add assets to your Artboard

Browse the catalogs and add any assets you like to your Artboard. Open an Artboard to Add or Update description and Save to get updated suggested assets for your projects.

Or open any Artboard, explore the suggested assets, choose the ones you want to save, and click the plus icon to add them to your Artboard.

 

Update the description for an Artboard

You can update an Artboard’s description and get refreshed suggested assets. To edit the description, open the Artboard you want to update, click Change Description and make your changes in the description box, then Save to update the suggested assets. 

 

Edit the name of an Artboard

Visit your Artboards and find the one you want to edit. To change the name of an Artboard, click the 3 dots, select Edit Artboard, enter a new name, then Save. You can also open the Artboard to rename, delete, change the description, and more.

 

Remove assets from your Artboard

You can add Artlist assets to your Artboards, and you can also remove them. To remove an asset from your Artboard, click the 3 dots and select Remove Asset (music, SFX, footage).

 

Delete an Artboard

To delete an Artboard completely, click the 3 dots and select Delete Artboard.
